SEM30 Octavian Howitzer is a 6mm unpainted sci-fi miniature produced by Pfc C-in-C. It is part of the Solar Empire Marines (SEM) range of miniatures. The designs were conceived by Gerard Goyette from Canada and done by Michael Lovejoy (United Kingdom). Now the range is available at Legion IV Hire. I have painted the miniature and took a photo of it along an 8mm white cube for comparison purposes with other miniatures.
