More “representation” needed when painting miniatures

By “representation” I mean more diversification. For example, when painting American or British soldiers in WW2, I did not seen too often “other type of skin colors” for soldiers other than white. In fact I didn’t see at all. Let them be all in our hobby.

Another sensible problem is the way women are represented and here I’ve found many articles about this gender problem: many miniatures are sculpted in such a way that represent women with exaggerated “characteristics” (huge breasts, “approximately naked”). From type of miniatures to type of miniatures, some may need to do this (+18, horror), but too often we see miniatures with which we cannot play in front of children without, well, several notes to make, things to respond. And is not just about children, sometimes it is too much cliché. How about having, for example, Russian women soldiers from WW2 in a wargame, represented close to how they were and not half-naked with a huge machine gun in one hand and a grenade on the other?

How do you like your miniatures? What is your opinion? If you do know good examples of such miniatures, from all the practices, post them in a comment here.
