(20-235) Partisan Heavy Tank (80 Tons TRO 3026) is a 6mm miniature from Ral Partha Europe - BattleTech game. The products comes with 2 miniatures. I have placed a 8mm cube as a reference. The miniatures is huge, even for a heavy tank, but from what I have heard, scale creep is common for the miniatures in BattleTech universe.
